New Position - Boys Assistant Program Director
Exciting Opportunity: Boys Assistant Program Director
BYL is growing — and we’re thrilled to announce a new volunteer leadership opportunity to help take our Boys Youth Program to the next level!
We’re looking for a Boys Assistant Program Director who’s passionate about lacrosse and eager to help expand opportunities for our players. This role will focus on planning and launching new off-season and supplemental programs, such as:
- Pre-season clinics
- Beginner programs for players starting in middle school
- Summer lacrosse opportunities
- Fall league play
Our goal is to offer 1–2 new programs each year that continue to build excitement, skill, and community within BYL.
As the Boys Assistant Program Director, you’ll collaborate closely with the Boys Program Director to design and organize new initiatives based on interest, goals, and available resources. You’ll receive all the training and support needed to make your programs a success — and have a direct impact on the growth of boys’ lacrosse in our community.
